This page contains a list of sites that I love and check regularly. If you love subscription boxes, making a few extra bucks, trying new products, or just learning about new products, these are your go to. Some of these DO contain referral links. Don’t feel obligated to use these, most are easy enough to get to just by typing “name.com”–but if something I’ve written here encourages you to give one of these a try, I’d certainly appreciate it!
Subscription boxes I’m currently receiving:
Birchbox – $10/mo – Monthly beauty samples, deluxe samples, and full size products. Great points system for trying and reviewing samples that you can redeem for cash towards anything on the site (the store is huge, you’ll have no issue finding goodies to spend points on!)
Ipsy – $10/mo – Monthly beauty samples, deluxe samples, and full size products, all packed in a makeup bag. Also awards points to redeem for a handful of items released from time to time.
Socialbliss – $39.95/mo + S&H – Monthly style sub. Over $100 of style and beauty items, typically including a new purse!
Barkbox – $29/mo to as low as $18/mo for a 12 month – Monthly box of goodies for your pup, choose small, medium, or large. NOTE – if your dog is a destroyer of toys, email support and ask them to put your pooch on a heavy chewer plan. They’ll choose the more durable toy option every month. Longer subs are a FAR superior deal, and this is one that I’d say you want to use a referral code from someone unless you find a better deal. Referrals, including mine, will get you 10% off any subscription.
Beauty Box 5 – $12/mo (as low as $8.25). Snagged a 3 month sub with a recent code, so trying this one out. Every month, you get 5 deluxe and full size beauty products.
Bonjour Jolie – $16/mo + S&H – Time of the month box that gives you a little something to make it better. You’ll get a bunch of products (pick a combo of pads/tampons/panty liners from a bunch of options), pampering items (soaps, lotions, salts, feminine wipes, etc), tea, goodies (chocolate!, cookies, candies), and a little gift.
Wantable – $36/mo – Offers three different options for box types: Intimates, Accessories, and Makeup (order one or all!). Giving intimates a trial run, it always looks like fun!
Samples and more:
PinchMe – Free samples, be quick! Samples generally go up 12 noon EST and “sell out” insanely fast. Complete a quick review survey after trying.
BzzAgent – Chance to try new things, and then spread the word. Complete random profile surveys (LOADS when you first start) to get your demographics, and complete activities from your home page once you get products
Expo – Earn rewards for uploading video reviews, and sometimes get an invite to try new things!
Smiley360 – Chance to try new things, review, and talk about it.
Influenster – Review and occasionally get to try new things. No referral link here, it’s done by email. I do have spaces available, so just leave your email in a comment and I’ll pass it along to you (I’ll delete the comment if you’d like, as well!)
Crowdtap – This is a mix of sampling and a money maker. Perform quickhits (multiple choice Q&A), view content, complete text and photo challenges, participate in discussions, share on social media, and watch the points rack up. You will occasionally be offered sampling or hosted parties (feedback, pics, specific activities required!). Points are used for monthly drawings where you can win gift cards $5 and up.
Pinecone Research – This is a survey POSSIBLE sampling site. I tried survey sites, but just got annoyed with low rewards or putting in effort for several minutes to get rejected. This one is different and sends you a survey when one is available, and you will be able to complete it in full. They take 10-15 minutes, and pay $3 each. There is occasionally a household questions survey to complete (no compensation, but these make sure you get picked for surveys appropriate for you). I only get maybe 2-3 per month, but it’s a nice surprise. I’ve gotten one sample, too–which ended up getting me a full size item, and $6 for completing a before and after survey!
Elle Inner Circle – Surveys, collect points, occasional goodies, and sometimes samples. Still figuring this out, but I’ve received freebies (full size products!) to try, so this one gets added to the list!
